MILAN SUBDIVISION

This project was created in 2002 when we bought a 1930 s 1000 SF home and created three additional lots for building three new 1425 SF single family dwellings.  SM Builders refurbished the original home while building the three new homes.  Upon completion, the homes were certified by EarthAdvantage which gave these first time home buyers a 20% savings on their energy bills over a code built home and the added comfort and health benefits of healthy indoor air.

N KNOWLES

During 2005 this three level infill home was built for a client who was interested in building an energy efficient home on a lot he had partitioned in Portland from his existing 1920 s 1000 SF home.  He and his wife built this EarthAdvantage 2700 SF home and moved before the arrival of their first child..

PATTON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

This subdivision occurred for a client before we had plans drawn for the Patton Heights building project. The couple found the land that they wanted to build their next home on and hired SM Builders to subdivide this 40,000sf parcel with two existing residences on it into 4 parcels leaving them two building sites. After the subdivision was completed and recorded, SM Builders was retained to build the couples dream home.

LINCOLN CITY HOME

This 2032 SF home was built on a 5700 SF lake front lot overlooking Devils Lake in Lincoln City.  Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Great Room overlooking the lake, a 2 ½ car garage and shop area, it is currently ‘FOR SALE’ and can be seen at www.edpetrossian.com

PATTON HEIGHTS

During 2007 this two level infill home was built as for a client.  It was certified EarthAdvantage and was built with radiant heating and pervious drive with a low maintenance landscaping design to enable the owner to have maximum enjoyment of the yard with minimal time and expense to yard upkeep.

SW CEDARCREST HOME

This home is being completed in April 2008 and is being remodeled from a 1940’s home which was relocated to the site by SM Builders client in 2000.  After the lot was partitioned for the client in 2006, the home was stripped of harmful materials and  updated to EarthAdvantage/Energy Star standards.  It will be available for purchase on its 5000 SF lot. 

KRAST PARK

Krast Park was subdivided in late 2007 and we will soon begin building the first of three new  green homes and remodeling the existing single story ranch that provided most of the land for Krast Park.  This project is located near old downtown Tigard and is within walking distance to the commuter lite rail between Wilsonville and  Beaverton  and walking distance to Washington Square Shopping Center.

These homes will be sold with a 2 year warrenty and a ten year structural guarantee backed by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

QUIST PARK

Quist Park was subdivided in late 2007.  Located conveniently between Farmington and the Tualatin Valley Highway north of 170th  and south of 165th  and accessed off of SE Vincent Street SM Builders has plans to build 11 new approximately 1850 SF  homes with style and energy efficiency with the certification of EarthAdvantage/Energy Star.  These home sites are close to the Nike Campus and the Intel Campus, Parks, Schools and many great features.

These homes will be sold with a 2 year warranty and a ten year structural guarantee backed by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

 

Quist Park Green Home Development

10134 ALYNE LANE

This is the first of 3 new homes that are being built in Krast Park, Tigard, Oregon.  This home features a den, 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths on a 7000 SF lot.  The floor plans and elevations are included below.
